Our hosting systems are built using highly reliable Intel Xeon based rack mount servers.

Minimum Specification :

• Intel Xeon CPUs Running at 3GHz or above
• 1GB RAM
• 160GB Hard Disk Space
• 100MBit Network Connnection

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality webhosting possible. Our hardware is monitored very closely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which allows us to spot potential problems and react to them quickly.

Our servers run the Linux operating system which is renown for its stability, reliability and security. We closely monitor our systems for potential security problems, and react quickly to apply and fixes should a security problem arrise.

Internet Connectivity

Our internal connectivity runs on a fully managed and switched 100Mbit network. Our bandwidth usage is constantly monitored, which allows us to ensure that our customers websites are always available, and visitors to their websites always get the best experience and are not left waiting for slow downloads.

Our systems reside on multihomed connections to Easynet, Claranet and XO Communications. This means should one provider fail, our other providers will be able to cope with the additional demand, and downtime as a result of the failure of one provider should be minimised.

Physical Location

Our servers are located in Redbus Interhouse in the heart of London giving us excellent connectivity to the rest of the world.

All of our systems are in a secure environment with fully restricted access. Customers are assured that only the necessary people can and have access to our servers. The environment that our servers run in is also closely monitored. Full air conditioning and fire detection/prevention and suppression systems are in operation.

Our network is protected against power failure by an array of UPS supplies and backup generators so in the unlikely event of a power failure, our customers websites will still be available.
